Titration as a Service: Notes on Continuous Optimization

Static dosing is a batch process in a streaming world. NooGutOS closes the loop between recovery data and next deployment.

The pill bottle is a batch process. You are handed a fixed dose, decided months earlier by someone who has never met you, and you administer it on a fixed schedule regardless of how you slept, how you recovered, or what your day demands. It is the cognitive equivalent of deploying the same server configuration to every workload forever.

We think that is insane. So we built NooGutOS.

From batch to streaming

Continuous optimization means the dose is not a constant. It is a function — recomputed every morning from live inputs. The Disruptor™ syncs via Bluetooth Low Energy to NooGutOS the moment you dock it on the Base Station Pro™. Overnight, the platform ingests:

  • Your WHOOP recovery score
  • Your Apple Health microbiome and sleep telemetry
  • Your calendar load for the day ahead

From these, the model recommends your next protocol and a titration multiplier. A soft recovery and a board meeting? The system may suggest Series A at 1.15×. A rest day? It throttles you back to a maintenance baseline. You remain the human in the loop. You simply have a loop now.

The loop is the product

Founders ask us what the “active ingredient” is. The honest answer is that the ingredient was never the moat. Anyone can source synthetic caffeine and L-theanine. The moat is the loop — the closed feedback system between what your body reports and what your body receives next.

Batch processing gave way to streaming in every other domain of computing. It was only a matter of time before it came for your protocols.

What we’re building next

The current model titrates on a nightly cadence. Our research roadmap targets intra-day re-titration — closing the loop tighter, so the afternoon deployment responds to the morning’s actual throughput rather than last night’s prediction. Your output is your data. We just make it actionable.

Ship the loop. Harden it in production.
