Clinical & Wellness Disclosures

We hold ourselves to a standard of clinical honesty that is, frankly, rare in our category. In that spirit, the following disclosures are offered plainly.

1. Nature of the Product

The Disruptor™ is a lifestyle optimization instrument. The Protocols are wellness consumables. Neither is a medical device, a drug, or a substitute for the judgment you were presumably hired for. We call it “cognitive infrastructure” because that is what the deck said.

2. Our Evidence Base

Our flagship study, NOOGUT-1, is ongoing. We wish to be transparent that it is currently powered at n = 1 (the founder). It is open-label, unblinded, and unregistered. Peer review is pending the close of our Series B. All efficacy figures on this site reflect internal modeling and the lived experience of a single, highly motivated individual who also owns the company.

3. Not Intended To

NooGut products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent underperformance, a down round, imposter syndrome, a bad quarter, or any actual disease. Any resemblance between our marketing and a medical claim is a resemblance only.

4. Formulation

Depending on the Protocol, formulations may include micro-encapsulated synthetic caffeine, L-theanine, exogenous ketones, rapid-absorption L-tyrosine, adaptogens, CBD isolates, and compounds we describe with words like “micro-peptide” because they test well. Deployment is enteric by design.

5. Known & Reported Effects

Elevated conviction, occasionally exceeding the underlying evidence.
Reduced patience for standups, retros, and alignment syncs.
A tendency to describe ordinary activities as “protocols.”
Mild-to-moderate certainty that the mouth was, in fact, the bottleneck.

6. Contraindications & Interactions

The Hard Fork™ should not be combined with live board meetings, wire transfers, or any decision that survives the weekend.
The Icebreaker™ may produce charismatic bandwidth in excess of the social situation; use caution at mixers and during hostile takeovers.
Do not stack Protocols beyond your titration recommendation. The loop exists for a reason.

7. Certain Populations

If you are pregnant, nursing, pre-revenue, post-exit, or unsure whether you are optimizing or merely coping, consult someone. NooGut is not intended for minors, at any funding stage.

8. Consult a Professional

We are not licensed to provide medical advice, and we do not. Before beginning any protocol, consult a qualified healthcare provider and, separately, your own optimization philosophy. Where the two conflict, we recommend the former.

9. Regulatory Status

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, nor by any regulatory body with jurisdiction over your enteric-brain axis, a category of oversight we believe does not yet exist and are in no hurry to invite.

10. Reporting

Unexpected outcomes may be reported to care@noogut.com, whereupon they will be committed to the Smart Ledger, aggregated into the model, and used to titrate someone else.
